I was an article assistant in Mehta Sheth & Associates for 3 years and have continued as a regular employee since 1 year. The factor that made me continue here was the fact that one is never treated like an employee. Rather, you feel like you are a part of a family and even then, it doesn’t fail to teach the professional ethics. This benefits a lot while growing as a professional in the firm. I believe I am always in safe hands when working here.

All throughout my journey in Mehta Sheth & Associates, previously as an article assistant and later as an employee since Oct’16, I received the best support from my seniors which made me learn everything ranging from the basics of computer to complex audit and taxation work. More importantly, my employer put a lot of faith in me and delegated work in a way that eventually developed a confidence in me to be capable of working independently and in a team.

Best office to do Articleship/to work at. Nice atmosphere, great colleagues and employers being Best mentors. Best thing that I liked is the Discipline of office and the discipline with which work is done. I got to learn the correct and complete method of doing work without any shortcuts. Ethics are rightly followed, you get opportunity to handle task alone as well as team work is promoted  and opinion of every person is considered before finalising.

I have been a part of this family called Mehta Sheth & Associates for 3 years now. The journey so far has been joyful and a learning one thanks to my employer, who has given me an opportunity to learn every kind of work, and my extremely supportive colleagues who helped me develop the right skills to turn such opportunities into strengths.
